Booking and deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of £50 to £100 is required to secure your wedding or event date. The amount depends on the services you book. Prom bookings are secured with a £50 deposit per person.
- Deposits are deducted from your final balance. They are always non-refundable, as they secure your date.
Final payment
- You can pay in instalments by the 1st of the month of your wedding or event.
- Your final balance is due no later than 14 days before your wedding or event date.
Travel and accommodation
- Travel costs, if applicable, are discussed and agreed at the time of booking.
- If accommodation is needed, a contribution fee will be added and confirmed with your quote.
Trials
- Bridal hair and makeup trials are included in the bridal price and usually take place 2 to 4 weeks before your wedding.
- Trials for adult members of the wedding party are charged at £75 per person, per service.
Changes and cancellations
- You can always add more services to your original quote, but you cannot reduce them.
- If you cancel within 3 months of your date, 50% of your balance is due.
- If you cancel within 30 days of your date, the full balance is due.
